January 26 - Day 26

Tonight I had a major craving for Lemon Meringue pie. I don't always give into my cravings but this was a strong one that had been building up for a few days. Dan graciously drove over to Marie Callender's and lucky for us, this was the pie of the month, which meant it was on sale :) This is probably the best lemon meringue I've ever had.
